Nose

Aromas of ripe red and black fruits, kind of raspberry and blackberry, find oak, smoke and spices like black pepper and cloves. We also appreciated vegetable touches of green leaf type and notes reminiscent of wet forest floor…

Mouth

It is a dry wine, medium bodied with high acidity that gives it life and makes it refreshing. Tannin is rough, not too plentiful nor astringent and has a well-integrated alcohol helps give volume. They turn to see the same aromas on the nose, blackberries and raspberries, oak, spices and smoked.

Optimal consumption

The recommended serving temperature is between 14 º and 16 º.
